I was just given a lot (about a bushel) of the last lemons of the season. I'm open for suggestion here, if anybody's got any ideas. I've got the preserved lemon recipe, which I'm going to try.

Yes, thank you! The marmalade is one thing I hadn't thought of. I made a lemon chiffon sort of thing for dessert at church last Sunday, too. It was a real blast-from-the-past, one of those old 50s recipes with canned milk and gelatin.
I've still got some lemons left -- I'll try some marmalade later.
