I'm going to modernize a recipe for the old favorite, just in time to let it sit and mingle in the fridge for a while before the Big Day.

How long after I cook a fresh chicken or turkey, can the meat last in the refridgerator? How long can canned meat last added to canned broth, in the refridgerator? If I freeze a cassarole, how long after it is defrosted can it last in the refrigerator? I am trying to learn to cook but my husband is afraid I may be using spoiled meat. Please respond to my e address, ASAP
